My name is Simon Westlake and I’m a commercial photographer living and working in Perth, Western Australia. I’ve been in this industry nearly 40 years now and I can say without hesitation that I’ve never worked with as fine a person as Naomi. She has the utmost integrity, is an absolute pleasure to work with and is insanely talented. In all her time with us, she never once let me down, nothing was ever too much trouble and she would always go above and beyond whether it was working late on a shoot, or finding a better, more efficient way of making my images look better.
It was a sad day for us when Naomi announced she was moving on, but it was never doubted. I’ve seen the work she’s doing now and it is nothing short of amazing. It goes without saying that I can unreservedly recommend the services of Naomi Isaac.

Her starting position was Retoucher and at the beginning of 2017 she was given a responsibility within the retouch department as Retouch Supervisor. Naomi was able to take initiative and carry out supervisory tasks in an efficient and professional manner. She was a mentor to junior members of the retouch team and improved the quality of work and efficiency of the department. Her skills have made her a valuable member of our team and she was respected and liked by all she had dealings with.
